Company Vaněk, s.r.o. was incorporated in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, Insert 1349, on December 19, 1991. The company was created as a new legal entity (i.e. it was not privatized). It manufactures high-quality pressure vessels and pressure equipment. The company has Czech owners only and not foreign capital participation.
One of the Company’s primary objectives is to ensure premium-quality, reliable and competitive products and services that will continue to rank the Company among the top manufacturers in its field.
